The Pen, er, Keyboard is Mightier Than the Compass

This one is for the funniest guy in our cohort...you know the one, the one who made the disparaging remarks about Shakespeare? Greg, you know that ol' Shake-y is AWESOME!! Although students may not be quoting his works, they will remember the stories and themes. Themes that are so applicable to today's society--avarice, betrayal, true love, mischief, etc. I'm at the risk of getting all teacher on the soap-box, so I'll just leave it there. Shakespeare, Language Arts is SOOOOOO much better than math. There. I said it. Ball's in your court, dude.

I have resisted this...I never wanted to blog, let alone tweet!

I've only blogged one other time in my life...and it was required. How droll, and here I am again in the same position--forced web interaction. Sigh...oh, well. I suppose I could be asked to do worse in order to meet a course requirement, you know, like experimenting with twitter. I don't think my life is interesting enough to tweet, let alone twitter all day long. Who would want to read my inane chatter?
I consider myself a reasonably technologically aware individual, but I am not fully proficient in the latest options, cell phones, Blackberries, etc. I'm simply not enamoured with it.
